NQAS Interaction-wise Checklist of HWC-SCs

Name of Document: NQAS Interaction-wise Checklist of HWC-SCs

Purpose: To evaluate the skills and knowledge of all staff (including Community/Beneficiaries and ASHAs) at Health and Wellness Center-Sub Centers (HWC-SCs), an NQAS (National Quality Assurance Standards) assessment is being conducted. The NQAS checklist is divided into eight interactions, with each interaction focusing on specific quality assurance tasks. This ensures that every staff member is interviewed about their assigned duties. This compiled, interaction-based checklist helps all staff familiarize themselves with the potential questions they may be asked during the assessment.
